The above caterers are the only caterers allowed to provide food services at 300 Spring. Each caterer pays a 10% gratuity fee back to 300 Spring for this exclusivity. Each caterer has chosen to budget this fee into their food cost/service agreements to each client in the final service quote of gratuities. Most finer banquet establishments charge this 10% fee or higher. |
