- All non-alcoholic events will be charged $2.50 per person flat fee for unlimited service of soft drinks & coffee.

Bartending
Fee
$17.50
per hour per bartender (Increased rates will apply for all holidays).
Corkage Fee
$10.00 per bottle
Champagne $25.00 per bottle or $275.00 per case.
- All bartending services are for a five (5) hour minimum for receptions.
- All bartending services are for a six (6) hour minimum for wedding packages.
- All bartenders will be provided by 300 Spring, LLC.
- If additional time is requested for event extension the hourly rate per bartender will apply...$17.50 per server with a mandatory of 2 remaining.

FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES DUE TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SALES REGULATIONS
AND LAWS. ANY PURCHASE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST BE THROUGH
300 SPRING, LLC. ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SOLD DURING AN EVENT
AT 300 SPRING, LLC MAY NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. ANY
REPRESENTATIVE OF 300 SPRING, LLC SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO
REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON AND TO REQUIRE ANY PERSON FOUND
TO BE IN POSSESSION OF UNAUTHORIZED ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO
VACATE THE PREMISES.
